Information processed
The service may process property addresses, list prices, open-house dates and times, promotion selections, approximate location data associated with an address, forecast requests, subscription status, and technical diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.
How information is used
- To generate forecasts and recommended time windows.
- To retrieve relevant weather, event, geocoding, listing, and market context.
- To confirm subscription access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Service providers
Open House Intel uses service providers for hosting, subscription management, mapping/geocoding, weather, events, and real-estate market context. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple. Open House Intel does not receive your full payment-card information.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service operation, security, legal obligations, and analysis. You may contact us to ask a privacy question or request deletion of information associated with you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Children
The service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
